The station is located 216 km east of Minsk at the settlement of Ragozinka of the Chausy district. The geographical coordinates of the station are φ = 53.95° N; λ = 30.94° E, the height a.s.l. is 206 m. Geological setting: the station is located on the southern border of the Stokhodsk - Mogilev superregional preplatform fault. The platform cover is formed by a Middle Devonian - Middle Triassic (Hercynian) complex. The region is situated at the junction site of the platform cover structures - Mogilev trough and Orsha depression.
